Supply Chain Manager, Rizal

We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and improve our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain processincluding procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationshipsto ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage procurement activities and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory control and demand forecasting processes.
• Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals.

1. Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain or logistics management.
3. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems.
4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
