URGENT HIRING:

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER - TANAY RIZAL

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 Per Month

Type of Job: Full Time, Regular Employment

Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday 7:30 AM till 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Improvement: Analyze existing production processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Equipment Management: Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of production equipment. Ensure that machinery operates at optimal efficiency and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Quality Control: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet required specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain to coordinate production activities and address any challenges.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about process improvements.
• Cost Management: Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Promote a culture of safety within the production environment.
• Training and Development: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering MECHANICAL or CIVIL.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in CAD software, and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
