Production Manager, Rizal

• Project Management: Leading technical projects from conception to deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Team Leadership: Overseeing technical teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Technical Strategy: Developing and implementing the company's technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Resource Management: Planning and allocating resources effectively to support projects and operations.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluating the performance of systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Communication: Clearly communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• With extensive experience in Food, Beverage, and Pharmaceutical Processing Machineries
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Team player
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, trustworthy, and multi-tasking
• Must know AutoCAD
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Preferably resides in Rizal area
• Salary may change upon interview
