  • Answer inbound calls, chats, or emails from telecom customers.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, account changes, service upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, or payments.
  • Log and document customer interactions in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Ensure all interactions meet client and company standards for quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
  • High school graduate or equivalent (college level or graduate preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • At least 6 months telco experience.
  • Basic computer and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
