Description
- Answer inbound calls, chats, or emails from telecom customers.
- Assist with billing inquiries, account changes, service upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, or payments.
- Log and document customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Ensure all interactions meet client and company standards for quality and efficiency.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
- High school graduate or equivalent (college level or graduate preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- At least 6 months telco experience.
- Basic computer and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
