Description
- Monitor and maintain the organizations IT systems, including servers, networks, hardware and software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support to all employees regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Assist in planning for the organizations IT needs and future growth
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a related position is a plus but not required
- Networking, system administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and database management
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Communication skills and Time Management skills
- Willing to do duties assigned by his superior
- Preferred with driver's license.
