I. Background

The Good Library Project will establish a fully functional Digital Library at Dueg Elementary School, including internet connectivity, modern digital equipment, and STEAM-focused learning resources. The project focuses on rehabilitating the existing library and enhancing literacy and digital competency of learners and teachers. Training on digital platforms and library management will also be provided to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.

II. Scope of Work

The Project Staff will be responsible for:

• Managing daily operations and project activities to ensure effective execution
• Coordinating with Schools Division Office, partner school, and stakeholders for smooth implementation
• Organizing training sessions for learners and teachers
• Preparing and submitting timely reports (progress, budget, and final reports)
• Supporting monitoring and evaluation activities
• Ensuring effective communication and proper documentation of project processes

III. Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in community development, teaching, or related field
• Strong understanding of STEAM education
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience working with stakeholders, especially with DepEd
• Skilled in report writing and documentation
• Must be based in Tarlac, preferably near the project site

IV. Duration

• Contract Period: 10 months (March December)
• Project Site: Sitio Dueg (Dueg Elementary School)

V. Compensation

• Total Package: PHP 29,300 per month (inclusive of benefits and 13th month pay)
• Benefits are already included in the total compensation package

VI. Reporting and Supervision

• Reports directly to the Division Manager
• Works closely with the project team and DepEd counterparts

VII. Deliverables

• Monthly progress reports
• Documentation of coordination meetings and activities
• Final consolidated report at the end of the contract period
