Plant Shift Supervisor, Nueva Ecija

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team
• Prepare shift scheduling
• Conduct performance management
• Train on-site personnel
• Conduct safety inspections
• Organize emergency drills
• Respond to on-site incidents calmly and efficiently
• Manage O&M costs/ budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3 5 years work experience in a solar power plant operations & maintenance project
• Knowledgeable with power plant safety regulations, SCADA systems, power generation monitoring tools, and electrical/photovoltaic system operation
• Knowledgeable with project costing and budgeting
• Excellent English and local language communication
• Experienced in liaising with grid (NGCP), government, and third-party stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and has the ability to work effectively with other teams, department or client
• Proficient in using MS Office and AUTOCAD
• Located in Talugtug, Nueva Ecija or willing to be assigned on the said location
