Farm Utility Staff, Nueva Ecija

The Farm Utility Staff provides general support services for farm operations on a stay- out basis. The position is responsible for assisting in animal care, basic farming, and gardening tasks, and general farm maintenance, strictly under the direction and supervision of authorized farm personnel. This position covers only support and manual tasks. The Farm Utility Staff does not make technical, medical, or operational decisions involving livestock, equipment, or farm systems.

Qualifications

With experience or willingness to work with livestock (goats, cattle, or similar animals)

Able to read and write for basic instructions and records

Knows basic gardening and farming work

Knows how to drive motorcycles and/or four-wheel vehicles (preferred)

Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor

Willing to work outdoors under varying weather conditions

Employment Conditions

Stay-out employment; no on-site accommodation provided

Subject to company rules, farm policies, and labor regulations

Performance shall be evaluated based on attendance, compliance, and work quality, and conduct

30-day apprenticeship period (not yet hired) - starting rate at PHP 500 550 during this period

Once hired, starts at PHP 600

Preferably within the areas of Umingan, Talugtug, Lupao, or Cuyapo.
