HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment), Nueva Ecija

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and implement health, safety, and environmental programs across our construction and energy projects. The role ensures compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and best practices to maintain a safe and incident-free workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, DENR, and project safety requirements
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Lead toolbox meetings, safety trainings, and orientations
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Monitor site activities to prevent accidents and environmental risks
• Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Promote a strong safety culture on site

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 58 years experience in HSE for construction or energy projects
• Proven experience as HSE Manager or Senior Safety Officer
• Knowledge of Philippine HSE regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned on project sites
• Preferred (Advantage):

DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO3/SO4)

Experience in solar, BESS, power plant, or infrastructure projects

Training in risk assessment and incident investigation
