Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Medical Billing Customer Support Representative to join our team.


Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats regarding patient billing and insurance inquiries

Assist patients in understanding statements, charges, and insurance coverage

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, claim denials, and rejections

Document customer interactions accurately while maintaining compliance (HIPAA, TCPA, etc.)

Escalate complex concerns when necessary

Educate patients on payment plans, insurance benefits, and financial assistance options

Meet performance targets for quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction


Qualifications

12 years of experience in Medical Billing, Healthcare RCM, or Customer Support

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
