WE ARE HIRING FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS - Trust and Safety Account

Location: McKinley, Taguig | Virtual Process Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and profiles.
• Enforce platform policies and community standards.
• Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines.
• Investigate reports of fraud, abuse, harassment, spam, or other policy violations.
• Document review decisions accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets.
• Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of Digital Sales, Content Mod, or Digital Ads / 2 years of overall BPO Experience
• HS Graduate(old curriculum)/SHS Graduate/ College Graduate of any IT related courses
• Willing to work onsite
