Accounting Supervisor, Taguig

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant Preferably with Supervisory specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• With 3 years experience as Accounting Supervisor
• Well-verse in Payroll management and tax filing.
• With excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Good computer skills (excel, databases and financial software)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the management of the Accounting Department and ensure the effective execution of daily accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and coordinate with regulatory authorities as required.
• Manage audit engagements, including coordination with external auditors and preparation of required schedules and reports.
• Supervise and develop accounting personnel to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as may be assigned by management.
