Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performs HR-related functions as directed by the HR Supervisor, including timekeeping, leaves monitoring, medical insurance claims processing, management of non-confidential HR files and office supplies/equipment.
  2. Manages the companys reception area.
  3. Performs clerical support function to the site management team such as preparation of reports and training/meeting materials, filing, timekeeping, leaves monitoring, stock management of office supplies/equipment, pantry/drinking water supplies, uniforms and PPEs, travel arrangements of plant employees and guests, etc.
  4. Performs other duties as may assigned by management from time to time.


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology or business-related course
  2. Good computer skills particularly MS Office Suite
  3. Adequate oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  4. Good organizational and clerical skills
  5. Good attention to detail
  6. Proven record of reliability, honesty and keeping work matters confidential
  7. Willing to do overtime work, when necessary
  8. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
