We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Sales to ensure accurate facility records that support sales operations and client readiness. The role involves verifying data, creating new profiles when necessary, and maintaining compliance with established processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update facility records across multiple directories and sources.
  • Create new facility profiles to address gaps in the system.
  • Ensure accuracy by crosschecking details and completing required fields.
  • Follow workflows and SOPs while meeting daily and weekly targets.
  • Report discrepancies or system issues and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets, Docs).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and instructions.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work early morning shifts and onsite at least 4 days per week.
  • Experience with CRM systems or data verification/content review is an advantage.
