Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree holder

- Experience in customer service, healthcare, benefits, or BPO is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willing to work on a mid-shift schedule
- Hybrid work setup in BGC
