Company Profile: This is one of the social media platforms widely used in Japan. This platform allows users to upload, share and comment on the short videos. This position ensures that agents and users are following the social media standard rules and global compliance to avoid blockings, deletion of accounts and reported profiles. 

Position: Japanese Quality Analyst (Back Office) 

Salary: P 85,000 to P 90,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 100% Japanese National
• Open to Filipino with N1 Level Proficiency
• Open to Half Japanese
• Can speak, read and write in Japanese level
• Born and raised in Japan 
• The company can provide work Visa
• Can start in June or in July 2026
• Can speak basic to conversational English
• Open to graduate or undergraduate
• No Age Limit as long as can work in BPO set up
• Must have BPO experience for 1 to 2 years (Preferred)
• Open to new grad or no BPO or customer service experience
• Must be very willing to undergo training
• Interested in Social Media Video Streaming Accounts
• Familiar in using the usual social media of todays generation

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Listen to conversation between Japanese User and Japanese Customer Service agents 
• Check if the answers of the agents are compliant with the social media policy 
• Check the reported short videos and understand the violation
• Provide tips on how to handle specific concerns of the users
• Evaluate the customer interactions with Japanese Users and check if the inquiry has been resolved correctly
• Provide reports and analysis of issues
• Work with moderation team to understand the common issues
• Give feedback to Japanese agents for proper handling of the customers issues. 
• Maintain updated guidelines, checklists, and reports for Japanese content quality assurance.
