Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
- Assist customers with account updates, orders, billing, or technical concerns
- Maintain customer records and document interactions
- Provide product or service information
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Meet performance metrics such as attendance, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication
