Reporting Line

• Director for Corporate Relations

Core Pillars

• Drive the on-ground execution of IGo Digitals government relations and lobbying agenda by managing structured engagements with key regulators, policymakers, and local government units (LGUs)
• Lead the identification, development, and active management of high-value partnerships across government, private sector, and industry networks
• Oversee the monitoring of political, regulatory, and industry developments, translating insights into actionable engagement strategies and advocacy support

Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Mapping, Engagement Planning, and Relationship Management

• Develop and continuously update a comprehensive stakeholder map covering national agencies, LGUs, and other key decision-makers
• Plan and execute regular engagements with stakeholders
• Maintain relationship trackers and ensure consistent follow-through to build trust, credibility, and access

Execution of Government Engagements

• Support and facilitate high-level engagements with regulators and policymakers
• Prepare briefing books, talking points, engagement strategies, and meeting materials
• Ensure all interactions are properly coordinated, documented, and aligned with ethical and compliance standards

Senior Leadership Engagement Enablement

• Identify and coordinate strategic opportunities for senior executives to engage with key stakeholders
• Manage engagement logistics and prepare pre- and post-engagement materials, including briefing books and summaries

Policy and Regulatory Monitoring

• Track legislative developments, local ordinances, and regulatory issuances impacting the business
• Produce regular policy updates, issue briefs, and risk assessments
• Recommend responsive actions and engagement strategies to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities

Advocacy and External Relations Support

• Work closely with Reputation Management and CSR teams to implement advocacy campaigns, outreach initiatives, and stakeholder programs
• Ensure initiatives are grounded in stakeholder insights and contribute to strengthening public positioning and community impact

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate closely with Legal, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure unified positions and efficient execution of corporate relations initiatives
• Support alignment on compliance, messaging, and operational implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Communications, Legal Management, International Relations, or related fields
• Minimum of 58 years of experience in corporate affairs, government relations, public affairs, regulatory affairs, external relations, or stakeholder management
• Strong network and familiarity with government agencies, regulators, LGUs, and industry stakeholders
• Experience handling executive-level engagements and high-level stakeholder coordination
• Strong understanding of the Philippine political, regulatory, and legislative landscape
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
• Experience in gaming, technology, telecommunications, hospitality, or other regulated industries is an advantage
