Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
  • Assist customers with account updates, orders, billing, or technical concerns
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions
  • Provide product or service information
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Meet performance metrics such as attendance, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
  • Build positive relationships with customers through excellent communication


Job Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd year college (no back subjects)
  • At least 1 year solid BPO experience in an international account (pure voice)
