A Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between an organization and its customers. The core mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing a positive brand experience.

• Communication: Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Problem Solving: Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction; troubleshoot technical issues or service complaints.
• Data Management: Accurately document all customer interactions and update account information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Administrative Tasks: Process orders, forms, applications, and requests; assist with document processing such as filing or scanning as needed.
• Escalation: Recognize when a situation requires a supervisors intervention and route calls appropriately.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems).
