BFSI Customer Service Representative

Account: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

Work Setup:

Onsite | Shifting Schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with banking, financial, and insurance-related inquiries
• Handle account concerns, transactions, billing, and policy information
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email support
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information
• Follow company policies and compliance procedures

Qualifications:

• At least High School / Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
• Basic computer navigation skills
