Account: Financial Account | Customer Service Representative

Work Setup: Onsite

Location: Taguig Site

Start Date: June Class

Salary: Up to 28,000 SALARY PACKAGE

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience (international account).
• At least Senior High School Graduate.
• College undergraduates and fresh graduates of any course are highly welcome.
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand different accents.
• Comfortable navigating multiple tabs and software simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with questions and inquiries.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer issues.
