We Are Hiring: Omnichannel Business Analyst

• Salary: PHP 35,000 - 90,000/month

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
• 1-3 years experience in a business systems or operations analyst role
• Experience supporting Salesforce
• Understanding of contact center technologies
• Strong communication and requirements gathering skills
• Must be based in the Philippines

What You Will Do:

• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of contact center platforms
• Create user documentation, training materials and process guides
• Develop and execute test scripts and support UAT
• Manage backlog and support Agile sprint activities
