Job Responsibilities

Conduct property sourcing, market research, and site evaluation for potential leasing and acquisition opportunities.
Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and government agencies regarding property requirements and documentation.
Assist in lease negotiations, contract renewals, and preparation of real estate reports and recommendations for management.
Perform site inspections and monitor property-related documents, permits, and compliance requirements.
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations directly to the Real Estate Manager and CEO regarding market trends and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
At least 25 years of relevant experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or tenant relations.
Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, contract management, and market analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
