Chief of Staff (Project Management), Taguig

Responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the CEO, helping to drive the company's overall objectives. The Chief of Staff role is a pivotal position within the organisation, partnering closely with senior leadership to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, anticipating their needs and providing high-level support
2. Collaborate with leadership teams to align on priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and remove roadblocks
3. Lead special projects (real estate) and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes
4. Provide analytical support, including gathering data, identifying insights and making recommendations

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior administrative or chief of staff role, ideally within a real estate management business
2. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels
4. Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to gather insights from data and present recommendations
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
