ANZ Domestic Account / Customer Care Representative, Taguig

Description

Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic account inquiries and customer care issues.
Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
Provide support to customers regarding product information, order status, and account management.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service optimization.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience Level: atleast 1year of SQL experience or 2 years of CSR/TSR or atleast 6 months of Digital Ads, Content Moderator, Digital Marketing or Digital Sales Experience
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
