Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for financial account
• Assist customers with account concerns, transactions, and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
• Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction
• Maintain professionalism and proper documentation of customer concerns

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
• No call center experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
