Junior Tax Advisor, Taguig

Job Responsibilities

1Tax Filing Support

1. Assist in the preparation and filing of Philippine tax returns, including but not limited to:

2. Value-Added Tax (VAT)

3. Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) / Final Withholding Tax (FWT)

4. Percentage Tax (if applicable)

5. Corporate Income Tax (CIT) supporting schedules

6. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

2Tax Documentation & Working Papers

1. Prepare, organize, and maintain tax computation files, schedules, and supporting documents.

2. Assist in responding to tax audits, BIR assessments, and information requests.

3Accounting & Tax Reconciliation

1. Assist in reconciling accounting records with tax filings, including VAT and withholding tax reconciliations.

2. Identify discrepancies and report findings to the Tax / Finance Manager.

4Invoice & Compliance Support

1. Assist in reviewing official receipts (OR) and sales invoices (SI) for tax compliance

2. Support basic tax compliance checks for new transactions under supervision.

5Other Tax-Related Tasks

1. Support ad-hoc tax analysis and reports as required.

2. Perform other finance or tax-related duties assigned by the manager.
