Pest Control supervisor, Taguig

Responsible for overseeing pest control operations, managing field technicians, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves planning daily operations, conducting inspections, training staff, and ensuring pest management services are performed efficiently and effectively.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of pest identification, pest biology, and treatment methods.
Familiarity with pesticide application and safety regulations.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
Knowledge of route planning and operational scheduling.

Physically fit and willing to conduct field inspections.
Can work under pressure and manage multiple teams or service locations.
With valid drivers license (preferred).
Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, or emergency call-outs if needed.

Understanding of pest control chemicals, equipment, and treatment procedures.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Familiarity with government regulatory requirements related to pest control operations.

Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules, treatment plans, and pest management recommendations.
Handle escalated customer concerns and service complaints professionally.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans.
Perform quality checks on completed pest control services.
