Description

Recruiting: Assist with the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees

Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientation and training sessions

Record keeping: Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and compensation and benefits

Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and documentation

Policies and procedures: Help the HR manager develop policies and procedures and communicate updates to employees

Employee relations: Provide a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns

HR events: Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications

Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws

Training: Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars

Reports: Write and submit reports on HR activities

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.

Fresh college graduates are welcome to apply or have at least 1-year experience

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Can start ASAP!

Willing to work in BGC
