Hiring: Portfolio Analyst

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 WFH and 3 Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field

* 5+ years of experience in IT portfolio management, project governance, or analytics roles

* Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Power BI

* Experience in dashboard creation, data modeling, and portfolio reporting

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience analyzing large datasets and delivering business insights

* Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel is an advantage

* Experience supporting executive reporting is preferred

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

* Stable employment history required

Responsibilities:

* Support portfolio governance and performance management

* Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports

* Analyze portfolio, delivery, and financial data

* Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency

* Track risks, dependencies, and portfolio performance

* Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams

* Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
