We are currently looking for experienced Inpatient Medical Coders to join our growing team. If you have strong procedural coding experience in inpatient charts and hold an active coding certification, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications:

Must have an active CIC, CPC, or CCS certification

Solid experience in procedural coding handling inpatient charts

Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines

Knowledgeable in coding compliance, accuracy, and quality standards

Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities:

Review and accurately code inpatient medical records and procedures

Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, client requirements, and turnaround times

Identify and resolve coding discrepancies and documentation issues

Maintain coding quality and productivity standards

Collaborate with internal teams to support operational efficiency and accuracy
