Primary Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer inquiries via digital messaging channels.
Provide accurate product information and troubleshoot account issues.
Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in the system.

Requirements
Education: High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
Communication: Strong written English skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
Technical: Basic computer proficiency and a typing speed of at least 30-35 WPM.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights and weekends.
Experience: Previous BPO experience is welcome but not mandatory.
