Role Description

As a Digital Ads Specialist / CSR, you will support customers and businesses with digital advertising concerns, campaign-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and account assistance. This role is perfect for candidates with experience in customer support, technical support, digital marketing, or digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with digital advertising concerns and account inquiries

Provide customer and technical support through different communication channels

Troubleshoot ad-related issues and provide timely resolutions

Support campaign management and digital marketing concerns

Ensure excellent customer experience and service quality

Maintain professionalism and accuracy in every interaction

Qualifications

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / ALS / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate

At least 2 years CSR or TSR experience

OR

At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales

Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig

Amenable to shifting schedules

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of digital advertising and online platforms is an advantage

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and analytical thinking
