Coding Supervisor - Inpatient, Taguig

We are looking for an experienced Coding Supervisor Inpatient to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong inpatient procedural coding experience and proven experience in handling and leading a team in a healthcare or medical coding environment.

Qualifications:

Must have any active Coding Certification (CPC, CCS, CIC, or equivalent)

Solid experience in inpatient procedural coding

Experience in handling, supervising, or managing a coding team is required

Strong understanding of coding guidelines, compliance, and quality standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Ability to mentor, coach, and support team performance and development

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the inpatient coding team

Monitor coding accuracy, productivity, and quality performance

Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members

Ensure compliance with coding standards, client requirements, and turnaround times

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address operational concerns and process improvements

Support training initiatives and continuous development within the team
