Medical Coding Trainer, Taguig

We are currently looking for experienced Medical Coding Trainers to join our growing team. Candidates with strong procedural coding experience and a passion for training and development are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Must have any active Coding Certification (CPC, CCS, CIC, or equivalent)

Experience in procedural coding is required

Exposure to handling SDS charts or Profee charts is highly preferred

Experience in training is an advantage

Candidates with Quality Analyst or Supervisory experience are also welcome to apply

Strong communication and coaching skills

Ability to support and guide coders in improving coding accuracy and productivity

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for medical coders and new hires

Provide coaching, feedback, and continuous learning support

Monitor coding quality and ensure compliance with coding guidelines

Assist in developing training materials and process documentation

Collaborate with operations and quality teams to drive performance improvement
