JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls, chat, or email

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and accounts

Assist customers with billing, technical, and general support concerns

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction

Follow company procedures and meet performance targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least High School / Senior High School Graduate

With or Without BPO Experience

Good English communication skills

Basic computer navigation knowledge

Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule
