Description

Handles financial transactions, monitors payment gateways, and ensures accurate and timely financial record updates while following internal controls.
Process and validate deposits and withdrawals.
Perform mandatory checks (accounts, MOP, risk indicators).
Monitor payment gateways in real time (issues/delays).
Update Finfile and financial ledgers every 3 hours.
Assist CS team with finance-related concerns.
Escalate high-risk or unresolved transactions within SLA.
Endorse pending tasks/issues before shift handover.
Maintain proper transaction tagging.
Ensure timely and accurate Finfile updates.
Report recurring issues or discrepancies.
Weekly Tasks.
Perform and review reconciliations (weekly).
Assist in reconciliation processes.
Report recurring issues or discrepancies.
Support audit checks and validations.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations Identity process gaps and recommend improvements.

Assist in full reconciliation and audit.
Ensure completeness of financial records.
Support report preparation.
Support monthly reconciliation and audit preparation.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time, including extra finance-related tasks and checking/revier duties as need
