We are looking for (1) HR Generalist to be assigned in our main office located in Taguig.
Required Qualifications for this role:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 23 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR administration fuctions
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws, government-mandated benefits, and HR best practices
- Experience in handling employee concerns, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with payroll coordination, timekeeping, leave management, and HR documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and administrative skills
- Willing to work onsite and collaborate with different departments
Key Responsibilities:
- Handles employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Manages compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination, government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and company benefit programs
- Assists in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintains accurate employee records and HR documentation related to benefits and employee relations
- Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, certificates, notices)
- Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure HR documents are accurate and properly filed
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries
- Assist with HR reports, audits, and compliance requirements
- Other tasks may be assigned by the HR Manager
