Job Title: Influencer Marketing Associate (Entry-Level)

Salary: PHP 23,000+ Allowance

Job Summary

A detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing Associate to support day-to-day campaign operations. This role involves monitoring influencer content, managing data and trackers, and assisting with influencer coordination and acquisition. This is an entry-level position, open to candidates with a strong interest in social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor influencer live streams and social media postings to ensure alignment with campaign guidelines and brand standards

Track and compile campaign performance data, including conversions, engagement, and reach metrics

Maintain and regularly update campaign trackers, databases, and reporting sheets

Support influencer and streamer acquisition by sourcing, researching, and shortlisting potential creators aligned with campaign goals

Provide day-to-day support to influencers, including coordination, follow-ups, and basic inquiries

Assist in ensuring timely submission of deliverables and adherence to campaign timelines

Qualifications

Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience

Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools

Familiarity with influencers, livestreamers, and social media trends
