Technical Recruiter, Taguig

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for technical/IT positions
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare recruitment reports and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Meet hiring targets and deadlines for assigned requirements
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned

Qualification

• Minimum of 13 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
• Experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical/IT roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience using job portals and recruitment tools is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines
