Description
The Finance Officer oversees the financial health of the company, ensuring strong cash flow management, accurate reporting and informed decision-making to support growth
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Monitor margins, costs and unit economics
- Track expenses, receivables and payables
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors and banks
- Support pricing, promotions and cost optimization initiatives
- Prepare management and investor reports
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in finance or accounting
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow and budgeting
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- FMCG, retail or startup experience is a plus
- Highly detailed-oriented and trustworthy
