  • Manage and oversee Hiessences social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) and community management.
  • Create engaging, visually compelling content that highlights smart aroma diffusers, essential oils, and lifestyle benefits (relaxation, productivity, wellness)
  • Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
  • Develop and create content theme that aligned and related to the brand
  • Build brand storytelling around wellness, ambiance, and smart home experiences
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive growth
  • Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams for integrated campaigns and product promotions
  • Stay updated on trends in wellness, home living, and digital content to keep the brand relevant and competitive
  • Engage with customers by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages to build a strong online community
  • Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns to expand brand reach
