Open to Filipino who speak Spanish conversational to fluent

No work experience required, Open to candidates without work experience

Open to Permanent visa holders who are Spanish National or Foreigners

No Customer service experience required but having CSR experience is big advantage

Open to undergraduate as long as 2 years have been completed (at least 2nd year)

Open to associate degrees (2-year graduate)

No Spanish work experience required as long as can converse in Spanish Language

Willing to work in a helpdesk job to answer general inquiries about the famous bank

Open to new starters or career shifters as long as she can communicate with customers who speak Spanish in the US.

Responsibilities

Answer calls, emails, and chats from Spanish residents in the US.

Provide information on bank branches, operating hours, services, and fund transfers.

Guide customers through opening accounts, requesting cards, and resolving basic banking concerns.

Assist with account balance inquiries, double charges, and bank certificates.

Forward complex issues, like fraud or specialized requests, to the right department.
