Position: Brand Marketing Head

Location: BGC, Taguig

Salary Offer: Php100,000-Php150,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday

Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree holder
• With at least 6-8 years experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
• With experience in leading or managing brand department is a plus
• With experience working in fintech, sports betting, gaming or digital platform industries is an advantage
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing long-term brand strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visuals across all platforms (online and offline)
• Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Support the Head of Brand in managing daily operations of the marketing and brand team
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance support to team members
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams for a unified brand direction
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth and positioning opportunities
• Monitor brand performance and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
