Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

Minimum 35 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing

Have hands-on experience in iGaming, sportsbook or online gaming campaigns

Has experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic buying

Experience managing high daily/monthly ad budgets

Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage media buying campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms

Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending and maximize ROI

Monitor and optimize campaigns daily based on key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS)

Develop and implement user acquisition and retargeting strategies

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
