HR Manager/Supervisor, Taguig

J&T Cargo is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Supervisor / HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations and support the companys growing workforce in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and manpower management in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and HR documentation
• Supervise HR staff and ensure smooth HR operations
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower requirements
• Handle government-mandated concerns (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.)
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and manpower updates for management
• Implement HR policies and process improvements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
• At least 35 years of HR experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in the logistics, transportation, or manpower industry is an advantage
• Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and labor compliance
• Experience handling high-volume manpower operations is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
