Mandarin Speaker - Operation Assistant, Taguig

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Mandarin Operation Assistant to provide back-office support for daily operational activities. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing), have prior Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience, and be willing to work on a shifting schedule. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills to ensure smooth operational processes.

Provide back-office and administrative support to the Operations team

Monitor and maintain operational records, reports, and databases

Coordinate with different departments regarding operational concerns and updates

Assist in monitoring employee schedules, attendance, and operational compliance

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Handle documentation, filing, and data entry tasks accurately

Respond to operational inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary

Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of company information

Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)

Minimum 12 years of experience in gaming operations, preferably in a 24/7 environment.

With experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Experience in operations, administrative support, or back-office tasks is preferred

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Microsoft Office applications

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Familiarity with gaming platforms, betting systems, or iGaming operations preferred.

Proficient in English, Filipino, and Chinese (both written and verbal) and able to translate effectively.
