Description
Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Assistant shall perform, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and encoding documents
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents, and deliveries
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and coordinate with suppliers
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, including workstations, pantry, and common areas
  • Serve beverages (e.g., water, coffee, tea) to guests, clients, and management
  • Assist in preparing meeting rooms before and after use
  • Ensure overall organization and presentability of the office environment
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management from time to time


Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in administrative, utility, or support roles is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, reliable, presentable, and detail-oriented
  • Female candidates are preferred for this position
