Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound and/or make outbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Follow company policies and quality standards
  • Meet performance metrics such as attendance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • College Graduate or Undergraduate
  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
